What is your order processing time?
Our processing times are typically 3-5 business days, but we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing times may be longer during holidays or inclement weather.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us, and we'll do our best to resolve it. You can cancel your order anytime before it ships by emailing tami@blueanchordesignco.com with the subject "CANCELLATION".
When will my order arrive?
We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail with tracking from Willis, TX 77318. Typically, your package will arrive within 3-5 business days. Please allow extra time during holiday seasons.

How do I use coupon codes?
Apply your coupon code at checkout; it can't be added after the order is placed. Only one coupon code can be used per transaction. For promotional freebies with minimum spends, the minimum amount is calculated after the discount and before shipping costs.
